Who We Are Tim Hutcherson and Ashley Rolfe All members of Southpaw are dedicated to exceeding customers’ and architects’ expectations by delivering an extraordinary level of support and service. Tim Hutcherson Tim is a partner in Southpaw Marketing Group and resides in Greer, South Carolina with his wife Susan and their children: TC, Shannon, Daniel, and Adam. Tim began his career with Schlage Lock Company as a Sales Representative for the state of South Carolina. His responsibilities included contract hardware accounts, locksmiths, wholesalers, O.E.M. designated factories, building supplies, lumber and builder material cooperatives, architects, and end users. Tim served as a territory manager for Schlage Lock for 4 ½ years. He decided to join NT Monarch Hardware as the National Sales Manager in 1989. Tim received a promotion to Vice-President of Sales for NT Monarch and also obtained additional responsibility as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager for NT Falcon Lock. Presented with the opportunity to start an independent sales agency, Tim formed Hutch-Co Sales & Marketing in August 1991. Since relocating the main office of Hutch-Co (now Southpaw Marketing Group) to Greer, SC, Tim has planned the growth of the company in order to offer the best possible service to our customers. Ashley Rolfe Ashley is a partner in Southpaw Marketing Group and resides in Greenville, NC with his wife Jane and their daughters Megan and Rebecca. Ashley has over 30 years of industry experience serving in various sales and marketing management capacities in which he was responsible for both domestic and international initiatives. Having worked closely with both a direct sales force and manufacturer rep agencies, he understands the business climate required to succeed and provide measurable growth within a territory. Ashley joined Southpaw Marketing Group in November 2001 to enhance territory coverage and offer support to the Agency to meet the demand for face-to-face calls with all market opportunities.
